At Roomstage AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our virtual staging service. This policy outlines our refund terms for credits and subscriptions.

Credit Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to generate a staged image, it is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Prorated refunds are available for annual subscriptions canceled within the first 14 days.

Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a staged image, you can re-render it unlimited times at no extra cost. If our AI cannot produce satisfactory results for a specific image, contact support for a credit refund.

To request a refund, email us at support@new-odyssey.com with your account email and order details. We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days.
