Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Roomstage AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial real estate purposes. You may use staged images for property listings, marketing materials, and social media.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the AI technology; (c) resell or redistribute the Service; (d) use staged images to misrepresent property conditions or deceive buyers.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your original photos. Staged images created by our AI are licensed to you for commercial use. We retain the right to use anonymized examples for training and marketing purposes.
Payment Terms
Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
Roomstage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
