Feature

Publish Staged Photos to the MLS with the RESO Web API

Send staged photos straight into your MLS listing, with the label and disclosure your market requires.

Publish Staged Photos to the MLS with the RESO Web API

Publish virtually staged photos directly to an MLS listing through the RESO Web API, with market-specific labels, disclosure text and originals handled for you.

Who Is This For?

Listing agents who upload their own listing photos, Real estate photographers who deliver straight to the listing

How It Works

Connect your MLS: In Settings, open Integrations and add your MLS's RESO Web API URL with OAuth client credentials or an access token that can write listing media. Your MLS or its data vendor issues these. RoomStage verifies them and stores them encrypted. Find the listing: From a finished project, choose Publish to MLS and search for the listing by MLS number or street address.

Pricing

Publishing to the MLS is available on every RoomStage plan and does not use credits. You need RESO Web API credentials with write access to listing media from your MLS or its data vendor.

The Problem

Getting staged photos onto the MLS is usually manual. You download them, check your MLS's virtual staging rules, add the right label, resize, upload, and remember to include the unaltered original where it is required. Every MLS has different rules, and a mistake can mean a fine or a forced listing correction.

Our Solution

RoomStage can publish staged photos directly into an existing MLS listing through the RESO Web API, the standard interface MLS systems use to share listing data. Connect your MLS once with RESO Web API credentials that allow writing listing media, find the listing by MLS number or address, and publish. RoomStage applies your MLS's label, image size and file-size limit, adds the disclosure to each photo's description, and uploads the unaltered original first where your MLS requires it.

From a finished project, choose Publish to MLS and search for the listing by MLS number or street address.

Perguntas frequentes

Can RoomStage upload staged photos to my MLS?

Yes, if your MLS gives you RESO Web API credentials with write access to listing media. Connect them once in RoomStage, then publish staged photos to a listing by MLS number or address. RoomStage applies the label and disclosure text your MLS requires.

Which MLSs does it work with?

Any MLS that offers RESO Web API write access to listing media. You connect with credentials from your MLS or its data vendor, so it is not limited to a fixed list. MLSs that require their own watermarking tool, such as Metro MLS in Wisconsin, are not supported for direct publishing.

Does it add the virtual staging disclosure?

Yes. RoomStage applies your MLS's label where the MLS wants it on the image, adds the disclosure to each photo's description, and uploads the unaltered original first where your MLS requires it.

Does publishing cost credits?

No. Publishing is included on every plan. Credits are only used to stage images.
