How It Works
Connect Account
Link your Aryeo account to RoomStage using secure OAuth authentication directly from your RoomStage settings page. The connection takes under a minute and requires no API keys or technical setup. Once connected, RoomStage securely accesses your Aryeo galleries with read and write permissions so you can both import photos for staging and export finished images back to your listings.
Import Listings
Your Aryeo listings and property galleries sync automatically to RoomStage in real time. Every new listing you create in Aryeo appears in your RoomStage dashboard within seconds, complete with all associated photos organized by property address. You can also manually trigger a sync if needed, and the integration supports filtering by date range, property status, or client name to help you find the right listing quickly.
Stage Photos
Select any photos from your synced Aryeo listings and stage them using RoomStage AI. Choose from six professional design styles including modern, Scandinavian, coastal, industrial, contemporary, and rustic. The AI preserves architectural elements like walls, windows, doors, and built-in features while adding realistic furniture and decor. You can stage individual hero shots or batch-process an entire listing photo set in one session.
Export to Aryeo
One-click export sends your staged images directly back to the correct Aryeo property listing. Images are automatically formatted to match Aryeo gallery requirements including resolution, file format, and naming conventions. You can export individual images or the entire batch at once, and both the original and staged versions remain accessible in your Aryeo gallery. Your clients see the finished staged photos in their Aryeo delivery gallery without any additional steps from you.

The Aryeo integration is available on Pro ($60/month) and Studio ($100/month) plans. Both plans include unlimited Aryeo syncs and exports. Staging credits are consumed per image staged, with Pro plans including 50 credits per month and Studio plans including 150 credits per month. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.
