Credit Purchases (One-Time)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first credit pack purchase, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@new-odyssey.com.

Conditions:

  • Applies to first-time purchases only
  • Credits must not have been fully used (we'll refund unused credits)
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

After 7 Days

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable after 7 days. However, we'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service outages.

Subscriptions

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you'll retain access until then.

Pro-Rated Refunds

We do NOT offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

Trial Cancellations

For $1 trial users: Cancel within the 3-day trial period to avoid being charged for the Starter plan. No refunds after the trial converts to a paid subscription.

Service Issues

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to our error (not image quality issues), we'll refund the credit to your account within 24 hours. No cash refunds.

Downtime

For extended service outages (>24 hours), we'll issue bonus credits as compensation. Refunds only if downtime exceeds 72 hours.

Quality Disputes

AI results vary based on input image quality. We offer free re-renders to try different styles, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Quality issues alone do not qualify for refunds.

Requesting a Refund

Email support@new-odyssey.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

We'll respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal fees.
