Wisconsin Virtual Staging Rules: Act 69 and Wisconsin MLS Rules

From January 1, 2027, Wisconsin Act 69 requires every real estate licensee to disclose advertising that has been altered with technology, including AI, in a way that creates a false or misleading impression of the property. Wisconsin MLSs already have their own rules, from Metro MLS’s Flexmls watermark to RANW’s public remarks notice.
